The CDF is an ultra high speed dresser that utilizes a new form factor with many different accessories. This dresser rotates at 435 RPM, which helps produce a cleaner and sharper weld face after dressing. Along with several other custom designed add-ons, the unit comes standard with an IP67 one touch connector, for easy wiring.

Features

  1. Rotation speed is approximately 60% higher than CDK-R.
  2. High-speed rotation tip dress produces higher quality surface finish (compared to CDK-R).
  3. Simultaneous dressing of the upper and lower electrodes reduces dressing time and will align to the face after dress.
  4. Compliance unit is a standard requirement and reduces the load on the welding gun and the dresser.
  5. Dresser can have a built-in rotation confirmation function with a proximity sensor (optional).
  6. Splash proof construction for terminal box.
  7. High torque, high-speed rotation (1 sec. dressing).
  8. KTW cutter dresses upper and lower electrodes simultaneously, ensuring tip face alignment and long life span.
  9. Corresponds to international safety standards, CCC & CE.
