The CDP is a small and powerful pneumatically operated electrode tip dresser. It can be easily mounted on a gripper if there is no space to swing it in. The CDP is therefore useful in narrow cells. It is ideal for dressing stationary weld guns with an end effector or pivot system.

Operation & Caution

  1. Close welding gun after motor rotation.
  2. Recommended gun pressure on cutter is 2960[N] (300kgf).
  3. Pressurization time can be set arbitrarily (Approximately 2-4 seconds).
  4. After releasing the gun, the dresser stops rotating.
