The DH-SVR2 combines a tip dresser and tip changer in one compact unit and offers excellent performance data for fast machining of electrode tips. With its flexible drive, it enables an intelligent and process-reliable solution in the automation technology.
If desired, the unit can also be equipped with a servo motor and controlled directly via the robot controller. This enables an adaptive dressing process to be carried out and various data, such as the motor current, speed and direction of rotation, to be recorded, adjusted and evaluated with suitable software.
