Is it possible to dress different kinds of outer diameter tips by one ATRM-008?
It is impossible. For instance, the corresponding units are demanded to for Φ13 and Φ16 cap tips even if both have the same shape of tip surface. It doesn’t have a multiple use system.
How much air-pressure does KIKK-EL require when it is working?
It requires 5Mpa. Please be sure to use clean air after passing through a filter for a connected air pipe.

What is the life-span of a cutter for a tip-dresser?
The standard life-span is about 10,000 seconds under normal and proper usage.

What is the life-span of a holder for a tip dresser?
The standard life-span is about 30,000 seconds under normal and proper usage.
For dressing conditions, we suggest to dress for one sec with a pressure range 150kgf in case of dressing a standard Φ16 tip. Under the condition, the standard life-span is about 30,000 seconds.

What is the life-span of nails for the KIKK-EL?
We suggest replacing the nails after 2,000 uses for standard Φ13～Φ20 tips.

Malfunctions
If the TMN-01 is broken, is it possible to replace a damaged part to a spare unit for reuse?
Unfortunately, it cannot be reused without being reset.
The IP address should be granted for each of the TMN units to operate normally.
Resetting is a necessary step when replacing with spare units.
Please refer to the user manual for resetting.
