The NCOP-WC03D has a powerful pneumatic cutting blade which is precise and reduces common errors that occur when cutting the wire. The cutting blade also has 10 cutting sides, allowing the user to switch to a different side instead of switching entire cutters. 

 

The Wire Cutting station is easy to install, as it does not require an I/O connection with the robots to use. With accurate and consistent cuts, the NCOP-WC03D can easily improve weld quality.
