The Auto Tip Recycle Machine (ATRM-008-00*) allows users to program tip dress conditions in advance and supplies cap tips through a conveyor system. This device can accommodate up to 1200 electrodes.

- Using a combination of multiple servo motors, programing of the dress removal amount is easily set.
- The easy to use touch panel allows for simple management of the dressing amount, sorting length, dressing speed, etc.
- The equipment is safe to use with a secure open and close shutter door that prevents injury.
- The machine measures the tip length and dresses it to the preselected tip profile, and a configured dress amount.
- The ATRM has an optional automatic sorting features that organizes dressed tips into three levels of lengths, and cap tips shorter than a specified length may be set as no good.
- Up to 1920 tips may be dressed in one hour (15 seconds per tip recommended).
